Lady Rose has her Santa wish list up and I guess I should write mine too in hopes that Santa and my husband will get in cahoots.
Dear Santa,
I know you probably don’t want to hear about a weight loss wish list because your suppose to be jolly and fat but hey it’s 2007 and almost everyone is health conscience. So I’ll make sure that I leave out low fat cookies and milk this year. They’re baked from scratch too.
I’m starting on the goal of losing weight again after many years of doing it over and over again. I could really use some things to keep me focused on my goal. A visa gift card with enough money to buy two outfit would be an awesome start. I’d tack it up on my wall to remind me that the sooner I lose some clothing sizes, the sooner I can go shopping.
I’m really going to be working on my arms and shoulders in 2008. I would love a set of stackable hand weights. The stackables are a perfect fit because they allow me to add weight onto the hand grips as my muscles get stronger.
How about some music Santa? My husband and I are always fighting over who gets the MP3 player this week. We were able to get one from Napster last year and I could use one of my own. The music would help me get through those last planks, bicep curls, and squats.
You probably know that I’m a big fan (no pun intended) of NBC’s The Biggest Loser. I would love the three books. The Biggest Loser has a fitness program, weight loss program, and cook book. I especially would love the cook book because both my husband and I need to start eating a healthy diet.
I’d like the chance to become ACE certified. I like helping people and I like being in the gym. I really would love the ACE study at home guide. So when I’m able to get this 300 pounds off, I’ll be able to help others get it off too.
Lots of Love,
Cat
