30 minutes of Bicep Curls with a 4 lb weight - 327 calories
Cleaning Kitchen - 1 hour - 500 calories
I heard from NBC The Biggest Loser that if you do bicep curls while watching an hour of television that you can lose 200 calories. So I figure it has to be more calories for someone of my size because not only am I lifing the weight but I am lifting a good 2 pounds of fat too.
What I’m trying to do is be as active as I can during the day. I really don’t like the fact that the only things I can do during the day are take care of a home, play on the computer, blog, and watch television. I really do miss having a job.
So I figure if I do crunches, squats, bicep curls, and military presses while watching television that I’ll at least burn 400 calories a day. I hope..The math works out correctly but the body will not always follow along.
