Ok. I need to turn down Jennifer Lopez before I blow my ears out. I really need to work on getting my calories in. I just don’t feel hungry in the morning and afternoon. Then about 3 p.m. the hunger starts creeping in.
So I’m going to try to get breakfast, a snack, lunch, and a second snack in during the day. Hopefully my body will start telling me when it’s hungry and I won’t have to worry about it anymore.
