I wasn’t feeling too hot yesterday and today. I woke up with a migraine and sitting in certain positions hurt. This morning I woke up and thought
“O.K., I’ll put yesterday behind me and try to be active today.”
My body on the other hand has different ideas. My plan was to wake up, shower, do the dishes, exercise, eat breakfast, and then research things on the Internet. Five minutes into doing dishes my back starts to hurt.
Today really looks like one of those days where I’m going to have to rest 30 minutes into my exercise or just push through and work with the discomfort that I’m having. What’s the old saying “No pain, no gain”?
