Matt M. blog really touched a nerve in my body today. For the pass couple of days I have been feeling that I can’t do it all. That the counting calories, exercise, and blogging is just all to much.
You see, I’ve purchased The Biggest Loser Calorie Counter, the two latest DVD’s, and I’m really trying to put them to work. I have to be honest, I basicly have to talk myself through finishing the DVD.
You should hear the negativity coming out of my mouth in one breath and the positivity that comes out in another breath. It’s just a crazy, crazy scene. Sure I’m not in tempo with the gang at a weight of 450 pounds but at least I’m moving my body.
Matt M. blog is just a reminder that the body is an amazing thing. I will get through these weeks of level one and two. Eventually my body and mind will be able to breeze past level three and four.
I eventually will have a life of anything. I don’t mean that life will be a breeze and everything will be handed to me but things that I can’t do at the moment will happen.
With time I’ll looking forward to the body that use to go on 10 mile walks. I’m looking forward to the body that went to school, worked out, and then practiced martial arts three days a week.
