Not the greatest of days but I did get more vegetables into my eating plan than usual. Tomorrow my goal is to drink nothing but water and eat one more orange while staying within my goal ranges.
I’ll be really glad when my Biggest Loser recipe book gets here. I’m really having a hard time finding recipes that are nutritious, tasty, and within our family budget.
I don’t even want to talk about the family budget. Mike and I went down to General Assistance just hoping that they could help till I can obtain at least a part-time job. It seems that the family makes too much money.
So other than exercising, tomorrow I will be looking for recipes that are healthy and don’t cost a lot of money. I’ll also be looking for work. I’m not too hopefull about finding a job but I have to at least try.
