The distance I have been walking has been miscalculated. I walk around my cul-de-sac for safety. It’s close to home unless I’m with my husband and we walk around one of the local parks.
It seems the distance of .2 of a mile should have actually been .02 of a mile. The amount of feet per mile should have been closer to 5300 than the 1053 that a website told me earlier in the month.
So I feel like I’m staring all over again and feel even more out of shape. If I’m tired from walking one mile, how am I going to make 2, 5, or eventually 20.
Answer: I’m going to start all over again and make sure that I get the milage in. I’m not going to worry about losing the weight. I’m going to feed my body healthy foods and make sure that I get lots of walking in. The weight will come off from the result of both of these thing.
I hope…
