
To my suprise someone was looking for leg exercises on Love Filled Shoes. I thought it a little strange at first since I’m not a personal trainer and I haven’t talked about leg training for many months.
Really though, if your talking about walking miles and miles for charity then leg exercises have to come in there somewhere. So I hope you enjoy the clips of each of these trainers. I tried to classify them in Beginner, Medium, and Advance as well as I could.
Beginner
Medium
The reason I put Jenna doing weighted squats in the medium section because this form can be done with modification and without weights. Some of us that are just beginning to do squats will need the modification of no weights. I know that I do.
Advance
If your looking for other leg exercises all you have to do is go on Youtube, Myspace, and many of the other social networking sites. There are tons of trainers online that will show you good forms of exercise for all the leg muscles.

Squats and Lunge variations for legs are always best (providing no injuries) - but amazing too what you can do with a simple pair of leg weights. And of course always vary what you do as the body soon adapts! Noel

I agree about the leg weights. Though for some this is not an option that’s why its so wonderful that we can have variety.
