The ancient chinese secret is that it’s all about thought and body energy.
Did you watch TLC and Paul McKenna last night? I indeed watched the show, unfortunately like most people in the audiance I haven’t seen results yet. Perhaps this will be the week when my body begins to shed it’s unwanted pounds by exercise, stress reduction, and eating what I want.
Last night Paul McKenna talked about accupressure points that have been used by the Chinese for years. There are pressure points near the eyes, mouth, collar bone, wrist, and hands. Actually there are three pressure points near the collar bone and on the wrist.
It seems that people are learning a lot these days from asian cultures and their medical practices. Dr. Callahan and Paul McKenna are using what I think are Master Extraordinary Points and Source Points to balance the emotions in the human body.
Dr. Callahan has written “Tapping the healer within” along with several other articles on anxiety. You can find more information on altering your field of thought at the link above.
I have to admit that I was probably one of the hundreds that was sitting at home thumping on their cheek bone, mouth, collar bone, wrist, and hand.
I don’t know about realigning the thought process and fixing internal energies but one thing this routine does is give a person time to come down and actually think about the situation at hand.
Of course this is my own personal experience. I’d love to hear about yours.
Next week Paul McKenna will be talking about dealing with those nasty food cravings that we all get.
