I’ve been replaying Paul McKenna videos and information through my head over and over again. I find myself asking if he’s a farse just rehashing information that has been told to people time and time again.
-
Put the fork down
-
Eat without distraction
-
Eat only when hungry
-
Drink a large glass of water first
-
Ask yourself if your really hungery or if you want to change how you feel
-
Eat what you want, just in smaller amounts
These are all things I remember hearing from the diet groups when I was a teen and that was 15+ years ago. If your losing weight with Paul McKenna’s program. If tapping is actually helping you with issues then more power to you.
I’ll be watching the show to reaffirm information that I probably already know. I’ll be watching to see if there might be some new information that I do not know about but I doubt it.

Well, I’ll tell you, I’ve been following the series. It makes sense. I think the key is, that we who partake of the typical American diet (which is a nightmare) have forgotten what it is we are supposed to be eating.
I absolutely believe that thought can affect action so I believe he is on to truth there. So far, I like everything I’ve heard except I have a real problem with picturing something gross over any food, even if I need to give it up. I would be afraid I’d picture the same disgusting thing over broccoli, and I love broccoli so I didn’t listen to that part. He needs to push drinking water more, if he hasn’t already. There is a scientific reason why drinking water helps a person lose weight and I think that it reduces cravings too. All in all, my own weight loss journey is almost over and I just want to get on with life.

I have to agree with you there. I just don’t think visualizing nasty stuff over food is the answer and wish I could find another way.
Congrats with being almost over with your weight loss journey and onto maintainance.

Thanks. I think common sense is the best approach (and keeping active)
