I’m sure that I’m starting like a lot of you have started with your weight loss. I’m tired of being tired. I don’t feel comfortable in my 460 pound body. I’m worried about the health risks.

Why Weight Loss For Life? My ultimate goal is to walk the 3 day Breast Cancer Awareness walk in 2009, 2010, 2011 and until the day that God calls me back. To do this I’m going to have to walk, push myself, train, and lose the extra 320 pounds that is hanging off of my body.

Let’s face it, It’s easier to walk a total of 60 miles with less weight on the body. So this will be my journey. I’m hoping to include pictures of my training, stuff that I see on my training walks, my weight loss, and more.
