Counting Steps

Doctors say that ten thousand steps each day will keep a person healthy. The question is will these these ten thousand steps help me lose the weight that I need to lose. I”ll just have to keep on counting and see.

Day 1 - 2000 steps=1mile 
I was able to do a mile in an hour. My goal is to be able to walk a mile in 15 minutes. I have a long way to go but that is one of my goals

Day 2 - 200 steps = 1 mile
Total of 4000 steps/ 2 miles. I’m still not up to the Doctor recommended 5 miles but I am trying.
